Ciara Wheeler, J.D.

Ciara is the founder of C.W. Business Advisory Group, where she partners with growing businesses to build compliant, efficient, and people-centered operations. With a background spanning law, HR, operations, analytics, and hospitality, she helps owners and leadership teams turn complex challenges into clear, sustainable systems.

Before launching her consulting practice in January 2025, Ciara spent nearly a decade in professional roles across nonprofit administration, operations, and leadership, where she developed a strong foundation in compliance, people management, and organizational strategy. Since founding C.W. Business Advisory Group, she has led high-impact projects, including a full HR and compliance overhaul for a multimillion-dollar restaurant and bar in the St. Louis metro area.

Known for her clarity, strategic thinking, and people-first approach, Ciara is dedicated to helping businesses reduce risk, improve decision-making, and operate from a position of stability rather than reaction.
